In our fast paced corporate world, we often lose our ability to enjoy the work that we do and the time we share with our coworkers. We become burdened by worry and stress, which often leads to physical illness and despair. A vocation that once had great meaning and intention has now become just another job. If you have lost touch with your occupation, or feel your creativity and enthusiasm withering, begin to work one-on-one with Jason or invite him to your work place for group sessions and learn practices that inspire, that bring back the joy you once had, and that regenerate a sense of gratitude, openness and camaraderie. “When there is joy in the work that we do, we hesitate to call it work.” Jason Galbraith

Testimonials:
“Jason provided workshops and trainings at our mental health clinic . This clinic provides mental health treatment for the severely and chronically mentally ill population in the Antelope Valley area. Jason brought a “ray of light and hope” to numerous patients. The “classes” were so inspiring and helpful that as time went on more and more
of our staff were attending as a way to relax at the end of the busy and intense work week. The theme that stayed
with us most predominately was regarding “complaining” – the value of not complaining really became clear and
we realized how important it is to remind each other. Now amongst staff, it is common culture to say, “hey
remember to be grateful, stop complaining!” We realized that it is habitual to “default” to what is “wrong” and to
blame and complain and how that creates negative energy which stagnates in the clinic. So, we thank Jason
for bringing this energy to our clinic . Another great impact that Jason’s classes has had is that we now have
started a “clinic wellness lunch” once a week . Staff will come together and reflect on health and well-being,
and we will use some of Jason’s writings from “liberationonyourlunchbreak” -As Clinical supervisor of this clinic, I would definitely recommend that other workplaces follow this model and invite Jason to share his teachings“… Ellen Zuravel
“Jason Galbraith has been a valuable component in the mental health recovery process at the Palmdale Mental Health Clinic, his guidance, insight, understanding and teachings in the areas of yoga instruction and meditation provided more clarity in setting realistic goals for our clinicians and clients . He provided effective subtle motivation and gave us a new perspective in addressing the mental health issues we are all dealing with. He was able to impart both his educational and personal life experiences and the benefits he derived from these endeavors and the valuable lessons we can learn from pain and failures in life“… Francis Dewaele, Department of Mental Health, Palmdale
