Liberation On My Lunchbreak

Life Empowerment

In yoga it is taught that there are nine main distractions we experience (Chitta Viksepa) that become obstacles preventing us from living our most abundant and purposeful life. Jason has created a plan derived from the ethical precepts of yoga that empower an individual to move beyond these distractions, paving the way to abundance and purpose. If you want to improve the way you look or feel, or if you want to fulfill your dreams but have found moving in the direction toward them difficult, working with Jason to carefully remove doubt and thoughtfully create the clarity needed to accomplish what you want will be a wonderful way to begin living your best life. About Jason

Suffering through intense bouts of depression, anxiety, and anger Jason Galbraith made it his purpose to follow the trail of his pain and uncover the message of his heart. Over the past 10 years he has been dedicated to exploring the truth within the human heart and to discovering practices that unearth the purest “us” buried beneath the heap of pain and suffering that often rules our lives. Jason has been practicing yoga for over 8 years, has been teaching for over 3 years and has achieved a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certificate through Ventura Yoga Studio in Ventura CA. He has had the privilege of being taught by three of the worlds most experienced and knowledgeable yoga teachers, Bryan Legere, Aadil Palkhivala, and Jehangir Palkhivala, all of whom have been taught by and studied yoga with B.K.S. Iyengar. Yoga is Jason’s life path and he continues to explore and educate himself in the art, the philosophy and the principles of this ancient practice. In the writings from his book entitled “Liberation on My Lunch Break, poems & insights” and in his teachings, it is Jason’s intention to empower others to cultivate their ability to free themselves from the stresses of life and begin to live a life filled with joy and purpose. Teaching yoga postures, Jason places emphasis on performing the postures with awareness and intention, maintaining the connection with the Divine presence within the heart center.
